JAckie Morales

Jackie Morales is the Chief Operating Officer at Institutional Insurance Group, LLC. Jackie has worked in the insurance industry for over thirty years. She is an experienced strategic, tactical, and transformative leader, with demonstrated expertise in operational due diligence, building high-performing teams, and advising C-suite executives on risk mitigation and business growth strategies.

Prior to joining IIG, Jackie held senior leadership roles at Americo Life, Lincoln Financial Group, AXA Equitable, Legal & General America, and Security Benefit as well as high-growth start-ups Bestow and Modern Life. She is an active advisor to early stage Insurtech ventures.
 

Jackie holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Humanities from Southern Methodist University. She is licensed insurance agent in all 50 states.
