Nathan Butler
Managing Director, Investments & Analytics
Nathan Butler is a Managing Director, Investments and Analytics at Institutional Insurance Group, LLC. His focus is on the analysis of investment portfolios, new strategy development, and analytical modeling. Nathan brings to IIG a deep knowledge of institutional investment strategies and technical expertise.
Prior to joining IIG, Nathan worked to implement alternative investments and new investment strategies for a large insurance company general account. He was also involved in numerous special projects aimed at improving the management of the insurance company portfolios.
Nathan earned a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University with a double major in Economics and Classics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder, and a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
